Reservations & Commitment (Deposit/Arrhes):

16-day security period: Reservations require a deposit (arrhes) to confirm your booking at least 16 days prior to arrival.

Why 16 days? It allows us to prepare your habitat to our quality standards.

Commitment: In case of cancellation, the deposit is retained, as per standard practice.

Transparency: Mark's Place is a small, artisanal structure on several platforms. In the rare event of a booking conflict, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer an equivalent faré or a full refund if no alternative suits you.

Respect & Usage:

Farés: Please treat them with the same care as your own home.

Sports Equipment: In case of major damage or loss, a fee equivalent to the deposit listed on the product page will be charged to cover repair or replacement.
